Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Qalam Studio, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please email us at qalamstudio.qs@gmail.com with your Order ID.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

  • In such cases, customers may request a return only if the product meets our return eligibility conditions.


2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Product received is incorrect

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing qalamstudio.qs@gmail.com, along with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or videos of the product and packaging

Note:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Opened, used, or customized art materials are not eligible for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened paints, inks, colors, or chemicals

  • Used brushes, canvas, papers, or art tools

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by Qalam Studio.

  • For any other approved returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.

  3. If the issue persists, email us at qalamstudio.qs@gmail.com.


7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
